There is no mention of Obatala in the Bible. Obatala is a Yoruba Orisha (orisha is the Yoruba word for "divinity"). The Yoruba religion is a West African religion with its own distinct pantheon of gods and goddesses, cosmology, and practices. The Bible, on the other hand, is a collection of sacred texts originating from the Abrahamic traditions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam). These religious traditions have completely separate origins and mythologies.

Therefore, any attempt to connect Obatala to biblical figures or narratives would be a misrepresentation of both Yoruba religious beliefs and the contents of the Bible. The two belief systems are entirely independent of one another.
